Heating is an optional extra and is itemized in your quote. The spa does not heat unless pool/spa heating is purchased.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.
How many people can stay?
Magical Retreat accommodates up to 14 guests, Epic Villa up to 12, and Rolling Skies up to 26. Check the bedroom arrangements to find the right fit.
Are there kitchens and laundry facilities?
The villas have equipped kitchens, washers, and dryers. Towels and bed linens are provided.
