It does not send reminders or emails automatically. The calendar download adds an all-day arrival event; it does not sync with your booking. If your dates change, update your calendar event too. Your booking instructions determine your check-in time.

All villas have driveway parking and street parking for cars, SUVs and Vans. Trailers, Buses, Recreational Vehicles are not permitted inside the Champions Gate community.

Yes. Pool and spa heating is an optional extra itemized in your quote. The listed target temperatures are approximately 88°F for the pool and 103°F for the spa; these are targets, not a guarantee in all weather. The spa will not heat unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
