Start with people, then bedrooms

An Orlando group trip gets easier when you choose the home around the people coming with you. Count everyone, including children, then work out which people want to share a bedroom. Two families with young children can need a very different layout from six couples, even when their head count is similar.

Our three Sunchic Vacations villas are in Champions Gate. Magical Retreat has five bedrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests; Epic Villa has six bedrooms and accommodates up to 12; Rolling Skies has nine bedrooms and accommodates up to 26. More bedrooms does not automatically mean a higher guest capacity. Compare the actual beds, bathrooms, and household arrangements before selecting your dates.

Magical Retreat: five bedrooms, up to 14 guests

Magical Retreat offers five bathrooms, a private pool and spa, and themed children’s bedrooms. Its listed layout includes a downstairs king bedroom and a downstairs queen bedroom, an upstairs king bedroom, children’s sleeping spaces, and a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. The maximum guest count is not a promise that every guest has a separate bedroom.

This can work well when families are comfortable with children sharing and want a place to gather between outings. Before choosing it, assign each person an actual bed using the property page. Decide whether anyone would use the loft sleeper and whether that shared space needs to remain available after bedtime.

Epic Villa: six bedrooms, up to 12 guests

Epic Villa has six bathrooms, a private pool and spa, a theater, and gaming space. The listed bedroom arrangement is two king rooms, two queen rooms, and two rooms with two twin beds each. Two of its bedrooms are downstairs.

It is a useful option for a group that values separate bedrooms and wants an indoor movie evening as part of the trip. A theater can give a rest day a natural centerpiece, but it should not take the place of checking the bed arrangement. If someone needs particular access features, ask about the exact route, doorway, and bathroom they would use; a downstairs bedroom alone does not establish accessibility.

Rolling Skies: nine bedrooms, up to 26 guests

Rolling Skies offers five bathrooms, a pool and spa, poolside cinema, and a game room. Its owner-confirmed layout includes five king bedrooms, two bedrooms each with a full and a twin, one bedroom with two full beds, and one bedroom with three queen beds. Two king bedrooms are downstairs. Sharing the larger beds between two guests and using each twin for one guest accommodates up to 26.

For a larger group, plan how people will share bathrooms and how meals will work. Do not assume maximum sleeping capacity means everyone can sit at one indoor table simultaneously. Review the dining-area photos and ask about seating if one shared table is essential. Smaller meal groups, flexible breakfast times, and a simple shared grocery plan may suit your stay better.

Compare the hours between your outings

Think about your group’s mornings and evenings. Who wakes early? Who wants a quiet bedroom while others watch a film? Are you planning breakfast at home, a pool afternoon, or games after dinner? Those everyday choices help you decide which features are worth prioritizing.

All three villas list equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Pool and spa heating is an optional extra, itemized in your quote; the spa does not heat unless heating is purchased. Check the current property information and quote for the home you select.

Make a short list before checking dates

Write down your total guest count, the minimum number of bedrooms you need, any essential sleeping arrangements, and one favorite feature. Use the room guides as a starting point, then review the full property page. The guides describe sleeping arrangements; they do not check availability or reserve a home.

A five-minute room-planning check

1. Count adults and children, then decide who is comfortable sharing a bed.
2. Open the villa’s interactive room guide and check both floors.
3. Separate private bedrooms from shared sleeping spaces, particularly the Magical Retreat loft.
4. Check bathroom sharing, stair use and where quiet sleepers would be most comfortable.
5. Share the guide link with the group before choosing dates.

For example, six couples need six suitable double-bed arrangements, not simply a listing that sleeps twelve. Epic Villa has four king-or-queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, so its twelve-person maximum does not mean six double-bed bedrooms. The room guide makes that distinction clear.
